Each team play ten group-stage matches, then the top four sides will progress to the play-offs. The first and second-ranked teams will play in the Qualifier (January 21) with the winners making the final.

The third and fourth-placed teams will meet in the Knockout (January 22). The winners will then take on the losers of the Qualifier in the Challenger ((January 24) for a place in the final.

The final is scheduled for January 27.
